Infosys hiring in 2014-15
Infosys, which is the India's leading Information Technology(IT) company is all set to hire around 16,000 freshers through campus recruitment in the upcoming year. This news came when Infosis Chairman Narayana Murthy declared that they are getting large outsourcing contracts when he was at Vivekanand Education Society in Mumbai.

Infosis hires large number of Engineering Graduates every year but this is mass recruitment, this is really a good news for all the students who will be completing their graduates in the upcoming year.
On the other hand Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is also planning to hire 25,000 freshers in the upcoming year.

The problem with hiring the engineering freshers is that they need to provide a lot of training before getting into work as they don't have much practical knowledge when they complete their Graduate, hence a lot of time is required to train them. Information technology in India is an industry consisting of two major components: IT Services and business process outsourcing.
