Explanation :
Master Degree/Post Graduate
Degree/Diploma includes Masters in Labour & Social Welfare (LSW), Masters
in Social Welfare (MSW), Human Resource Management(HRM), Personnel Management
& Industrial Relations (PMIR) of two years full time duration. In case of any dispute regarding the
equivalency of the required Qualification Requirement (QR), the decision of
DVC shall be final & binding.

a recognized University or a Premier Law School or College. Must be enrolled Legal Practitioner &
be proficient in Arbitration Proceedings, Drafting Deeds, Petitions, etc. and

Tax matters, Labour Laws and experience in conducting cases before Labour
Courts/Tribunals essential.
Experience : 5
Years, experience which should include experience as practicing Lawyer in a
High Court or in any Court not lower than District Court. Preference will be given to those having experience
