Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/ Electronics &
Communication from a recognized Institute/ University
Experience: Minimum 15 years, out of which should
have served for 10 years in the Power Sector

Director(HR)
Qualification: MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations from arecognized Institute/University
Experience: Same above

Director(Finance)
Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute/ University
Experience: Same above
Qualification: IAS/ Central Services Group “A” (IAAS/ IRAS/ IDAS/ ITAS)
Experience:Minimum 4 years

Pay Scale: Rs.37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay Rs.10,000/- with annual increment of 3%

Age Limit: Minimum age should not be more than 62 years

Period of Appointment: The period of appointment will be initially for a period of 3 years and extendable up to 5 years.
