NICL News Update: The exam dates for the will be declared soon and it will be conducted on various date across the month of April. Your exam timing with slot number will be available on your admit card. Hence candidates can wait for some time before then can know the exact date for the same.
Meanwhile candidates can prepare for the examination and check the details below.

National Insurance Company Limited(NICL) is going to conduct the recruitment examination for the 1000 post of Assistants. The examination will be conducted in the month of April 2015. Candidates who are looking for the job in various Insurance companies can check the details for the exam pattern with paper details as we have provided the sample papers with the recommended books to help you crack the examination.

Since the examination will be conducted in multiple cities across the India so you can aspect some level of difficulty. More than 1 lac candidates will be appearing in the examination & to compete in such examination you have to really work hard. Start preparing now. Its not too late if you are willing to get job in one of the top Insurance Company in India.

Average time per section: 120 / 5 = 24 minutes.

Friend see you have 2 hours with five sections so you can take an average of 24 minutes per section.
So you can see you won't be having much time, so please don't bluff, don't try to attempt all the questions as their is negative marking too i.e 1/4th of the total marks assigned to each questions.
Just guessing & ticking the answer will take you no where. You have to attempt the paper in smart way.
So here are few instructions about how to attempt or you can say tricks to attempt the paper.
1. See all these 5 sections won't require equal time so try to attempt those sections in which you find yourself strong or which takes less time.
2. According to us
Sections taking more time are: Numerical Ability & Reasoning
Sections taking less time are: General Awareness, Computer knowledge & English Language
3. We suggest you to go first for sections which take less time so that you have ample amount of time for time consuming sessions i.e Numerical Ability & Reasoning
4. All the questions except English section will be available in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi so don't think that hindi medium candidates or candidates who studied in Hindi can't perform.

5. Candidates who will be selected will go for Computer Proficiency Test for final selection. So you can assume that this is a kind of screening test.
