Post: Company Secretary(CS)
Qualification : Fellow/Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. LLB/LLM would be added advantage.
Maximum Age Limit(as on on 01.01.2013) :
(1) Regular – 40,
(2) Deputation – 50
(3) Contractual – 63
Pay Scale:
Regular : Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600
Deputation: Emoluments will be as per usual terms and conditions of the lending authorities
Contractual: Shall be determined on case-to-case basis
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Age of Retirement: Regular and deputation candidates- 60 years and for contractual (Retired) – 65 years
