Axis Bank Young Bankers (ABYB) Program by Axis Bank in association with Amity Global Business School to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain expertise and skill set in the field of Banking.
Axis Bank Young Bankers Programme is a one year, full time residential programme which will be conducted at Amity Global Business School, Noida. On successful completion of ABYB Program, students will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) and also absorbed as Assistant Managers in the Bank.
Registration Opening Date: 11th June 2015
Registration Closing Date: 25th June 2015
Stipend of Rs 5000/- per month during Classroom training
Rs 12,000 during 3 months hands on internship
Application Fees: Rs 500/-
Age: 25 years
Starting Salary: 4.01 lakhs per annum
Qualification: Graduates from any stream, with 55% and above in their graduation and a consistent academic performance.
Selection Procedure: Candidates shall be selected by Axis Bank and AGBS through a selection process consisting of an online Aptitude test followed by an interview.
Aptitude Test: The Aptitude test will be of 2 hour duration (approx) and will be administered online. The test will assess the proficiency of candidates in the areas of:
- Logic and Reasoning Skills
- English Language Skills
- Quantitative/Numerical ability
- Personality Assessment
