Faculty (In OB/HRM , Marketing & Micro enterprise Development): Ph.D degree holders with 1st division in Post Graduation in the relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, training and research. Payband : Rs.15600-39100 + AGP (As applicable).
Programme Promotion Executive: MBA/PGDM (Marketing) with 1-2 years experience. Will be responsible for promoting programme through various media, coordinating visits of students, industry/entrepreneur interaction. Salary Rs.15000-25000; however, qualification & experience will be considered.
Placement Coordinator: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/HR) with 1-2 years experience. Will be responsible for summer and final placement of students. Salary Rs.15000-25000; however, qualification & experience will be considered.
Academic/Research Fellow: 1st class Master's degree in Finance/Marketing with teaching and research experience. Will be responsible for coordinating with students for preparation of project reports and interaction with banks and financial institutions. Salary Rs.20000-30000; however, qualification and experience will be considered.
Domain Experts (part time): Industry experts/Consultants to assist in organizing seminar courses and guide students in their project work.
Project Officer: Postgraduates in Economics, Sociology,Social Work,Rural Management and Development Studies with 2 years of experience. Good communication skills are mandatory.
Project Assistant: Graduates in any discipline with one year experience with good communication skills.
Secretary: Graduates in any discipline with typing/shorthand speed of 40/80 w.p.m. Fluency in English and basic skills of MS Office are a must.
