HAL Recruitment Exam details
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited(HAL) is going to conduct the Online examination for the various Management Trainee post. HAL is going to conduct the Online selection test at various centers across India from 13th November 2013 to 22nd November 2013. The details of the examination with sample questions is given below. This page will be updated with more & more questions to help the candidates to prepare for the examination moreover we have also provided some links of the good book, you can also refer them.



The candidates will be selected for Interview based on the result of the Online Selection Test marks. However it depends on the marks but they will select 1 out of every 5 candidate who are giving exam for the particular post. HAL is also giving second chance to all the reserved category candidates by regrouping them & then selecting them for the interview in 1:5 ratio. The final selection will be done by assigning
the weight age of 85% marks for Online Test and 15% marks for Interview.

The Online Test will be held at Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulam, Gulbarga, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Kota, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Noida, Pune, Ranchi, Trivandrum, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam.

Test Language: Hindi or English
Total No. of Question: 160

Total Time Allotted: Two and Half hours
Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
1) Part – I will consist of 20 MCQs on General Awareness.
2) Part – II will consist of 40 MCQs on English & Reasoning.
3) Part – III will consist of 100 MCQs on the concerned discipline of Engineering / Marketing / HR / Legal. For Management Trainees (Marketing),
Part – III will consist of
50 questions from the respective Engineering discipline
50 questions from Marketing discipline.
