Eligibility Criteria
>2013 batch of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MS five year integrated degree student belonging to CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/E&E/Applied Electronics/ Computer & Technology / Electrical / ETE/ ICE/ Software Engineering only.
> Consistent academic record of a minimum of 70% in X. XII, UG and PG (if applicable) in all subjects > Open only to full time graduates. Correspondence / Pan Time Courses will not be considered
> No standing areas allowed at the time of the recruitment process
> Open only to Indian Nationals
> Candidates should be flexible with location skill. domain. and adapt IO required work hours Strong written and communication Skills
Student Registration & Recruitment Process
> Registered eligible candidates will be informed about the schedule of the aptitude test
> Selected candidates the aptitude test. will be invalid for technical interview on the appointed date
Compensation
> Annual Total Compensation during probation: INR 301.500; including a target annual incentive of INR 20,000. The target annual incentive will vary depending on your performance. and that of Cognizant.
> On successful completion of the probation period, dealing of Dovetail examination and subject to you being part of a delivery project. your annual total compensation would be revised lo $335,000
