ESIC SSO Post Exam details 2014
Employees State Insurance Corporation(ESIC) is going to conduct Social Security Officers(SSO) written examination. Candidates need to prepare well in order to get selected in the examination. Candidates who want to prepare for the written examination, computer skills test as well as Short Descriptive test than you are at the right place. Exam Procedure: Candidates need to pass three examination in order to get selected.
Part-I:Written examination - 200 marks

Part II:

(b) Short Description Test - 50 marks

Part III: Interview: 50 marks

Criteria for Selection: 
Part-II: Candidates will be selected for part II based on their performance in written examination. Candidates will be selected in the ratio of 1:5 . i.e out of every 500 candidates only 100 candidates will be selected for art II
Part III: Shortlisted candidates in part II will have to give Computer skill test and Short description test after which candidates will be selected in the ratio of of 1:3
Written Examination (200 Marks): 70% Weight age
Computer Skill Test (50 Marks): 30% Weight age

Now the selected candidates have to face the Interview after the Interview the final selection will be made
Final Selection
The final selection will be made based on
I. weight age of marks of Written Examination and Computer Skill Test combined is 80%.
II. The weight age of marks of interview is 20%
In this way final selection will be made.
