Career/ Jobs after B.Tech how to make it ?
Engineering is now becoming a common trend with lots of Engineering Colleges opening every year and with lakhs of candidates getting passes every year, its getting more and more difficult to creak the Interview or Placement Aptitude to get the right job.
If we take and average every 4 of 50 Engineer gets job through campus or just after completing his graduation. So majority of people remain unemployed.
Their are 2 choices either you opt for Higher studies or those who don't want to study any more and want to get right job no matter how small it is, how less it play than you are at the right place.
Their are few important key points which will make you employed sooner
#! ) Make your basic concepts as strong as possible, because this the most commonly asked questions in the Interview. For Example if you are a Mechanical Engineer than they may ask what is Bouncy ? or If you are Computer/ IT Engineer that may ask you what is the difference between c/ c++
#2) Make your aptitude strong as this is the starting phase when you go for any interview, refer R S Agarwal Quantitative books, logical reasoning and make your basic grammar/ communication skills strong
#3) Don't stop studying or get away from the books as this will be worst as you will start forgetting your basics and the day when it is required you wont remember anything.
#4) If you have any opportunity to work in a small organization which pays you too less, don't give up that opportunity because always remember that "something is better than nothing" so even though you start with the less pay your experience will count and it will help you to reach your goals. Working is better than sitting home it will open up your mind
#5) If you doesn't fit in any of the above points, start looking for Internships which even though won't pay you anything but off course will make you learn many things.
#6) Start looking for some training courses like CDAC for Coputer/IT/EC engineers which is a 6 month training post graduation course after your graduation which may help to shape your career.
