Bank Vs IT Industry(Career Perspective)
Now a days candidates are getting into huge dilemma about what to chose for the career perspective. Thousands of candidates who joins IT Industry to make good career as software engineer looks forward to make the career for the same but then they just gets a chance also to work in the bank Industry.
If you are in the confusion about what to chose between these two then there are various factors which we will be discussing to help you make the decision
#1 ) It depends for which post you are getting chance in bank. It you are selected for PO Probationary officer and you have recently joined IT Industry then just go for PO as you will get a good start up as compared to other side.
#2) If you are selected for Clerical post and you are not wiling to work more then 9 hours and want a easy life without huge goals then go for Clerical other wise their is huge scope in IT Industry as in the beginning you will not get much of the salary but as your experience will start increasing you will reach new heights hence if you are ready to work hard then IT Industry is for you only.
#3) The most important thing in what you like because you will be only productive if you are happy what you are doing, even if you are getting 80k per month per if you are not satisfied with your job than its just a waste hence decide after what you likes.
