You will find something strange like even these Multinational Companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys,  Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro has huge number of employees still these companies hire more Associates in bulk .

In various On campus drive these companies use to hire around 300 - 600 Associates at a time and even tough they don't even consider about the stream of these engineers from Mechanical Engineer to Electrical they hire all of them who clears the recruitment process and is willing to work in these MNC.



With a good package of 3 - 4 LPA. They train these Associates for few months and then deploy them to various location across India.  The most important reason for these companies to hire in bulk are

These companies hire freshers and give them training in certain technologies based on the future prospects and demand. These companies have long term projects with ever increasing demand. Hence they hire these associates and either utilize them or keep them as backup.

Backup in the sense that even ever the company has some urgent requirement they don't have to wait to get associates through any special drive, they have some already trained associates with training in specific technology in which they can be utilized.

Freshers prefer to work with these MNCs because they gets a lot of training which not only improves their skills but also provide good environment to work.
