Syndicate Bank which one of the renowned bank of India has stepped up by hiring 600 Probationary Officers after training them from Manipal University. This course will be conducted in Manipal University in association with Manipal Global Education Pvt. Ltd and Nitte Education International Pvt Ltd
Candidates will not only be trained from Manipal University but will also get job after the completion in Syndicate Bank as a Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I.
This Diploma course will be of 1 year duration and shortlisted candidates need to pay the course fee of 3.50 lakhs, however candidates can take loan of this amount if they are not able to pay in the starting which they need to re-pay in 7 years. However bank may refund the amount with interest starting from 5th year as the Loyalty Bonus. During the course candidates will also get a stipend of Rs 2500/- per month and during the last three months candidates will get Rs 10000 per month.
Every year lakhs of candidates appear for Probationary Officers through IBPS but only few of them gets selected so for those student this will be a gateway to make career in Banking.
In this training you will not only be trained in Banking domain but you will also be trained in technologies and use of internet banking. With increasing online transaction in urban areas people hardly go to any bank for transferring money or to make fixed deposit/recurring as most of these features are now available on net banking.
