MAHAGENCO selection process 2016
Maharashtra State Power Generation Company, MAHAGENCO is going to conduct the recruitment examination for 41 post of Engineers, Chemist and other manager post. Candidates who have applied for the post and will be appearing in the examination can check the detailed selection process for the post.
Applicants will have to undergo selection process which will be conducted in the month of February / March 2016. This process will include basket exercise, group discussion, case study, problem solving, Presentation (Assessment Center), etc. followed by Personal Interview. The details of each test is given below.
Group Discussion: In group discussion candidates will be given a random topic on which each candidate has to put his or her point based on whether you are opposing or are in favor of the topic

Case study: The case study candidates would be ether given a topic which candidates need to describe in detail.
Problem solving: This will test your analytical skill, in which you may be provided a puzzled type question which candidates need to solve.
Presentation (Assessment Center): In this candidate have to present the topic which will be provided to the candidate in front of the audience. This will test the candidates confidence, knowledge as well as the presentation skills
