Tamil Nadu Government is going to conduct the recruitment examination for 329 post of Junior Training Officer post. The examination will be conducted for Tamil Nadu Employment and
Training Subordinate Service across various centers in Tamil Nadu. We have provided the details of the examination and the selection process. All the applicants can go through the process so that it can be helpful for the candidates

Selection Process
Phase I: Screening Test
The Selection Process includes two phases which include Preliminary selection and Main selection. The preliminary selection will be a kind of screening test in which candidates will be asked 10th standard level questions Candidates will be asked 150 questions out of which 30 questions will be of general knowledge / current affairs and 120 questions will be from Science and Mathematics which also includes mental ability questions.



All the candidates who want to clear the examination can go through the complete course of science and maths of 10th standard. All the candidates who will be shortlisted in the screening test will be asked to go through the main selection examination.

Phase II: Main Examination
For the main examination candidates will called in a ration of 1:5 that means if their is 30 vacancy is a particular category than 150 candidates will be shortlisted through screening test and will be asked to appear for main selection examination.

The examination selection process includes 2 parts
 a) Practical cum Teaching ability Test
b) Oral Interview.

For Practical cum teaching ability Test candidates presentation skills, communication skills and your knowledge will be responsible for your selection. So candidates who has all these skills will score good in this section.

In Oral Interview candidates knowledge will be tested ans candidates have either give presentation or the interviewer may ask various questions based on the your learning.
