TET Examination details 2014-2015
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) examination is conducted for all the candidates who want to make their career in Teaching line. The examination is conducted every year through which career in Teaching line for many freshers as well as Teachers with experience . All the School weather Public or Private accepts TET score. Candidates try to score more and more marks because it opens the gate for Government Jobs also.
The examination is conducted based on for which class you want to teach, candidates who want to teach lower classes below 5th need to give paper 1 while for candidates who want to teach higher students need to give paper 2. The paper is based on the subjects who would like to teach. The examination contains multiple type questions that means candidates need to select the best answer for the given question.
Th examination contains 150 questions of 1 mark each and it is for 2 and a half hour exam.
Recommended Books
Paper I
This paper is for candidates who want to teach below 5th stands students and contains 30 questions each for Language I, II, Maths, Environmental Studies and Child Development and Pedagogy.
Paper II
This paper is for teaching higher stand students and it contains three compulsory subjects same as Paper I i.e Child Development and Pedagogy., Language I and II and a 60 marks paper based on subject which you want to teach like Maths, Social Science, Science etc.
