Guidelines to fill the application form
Candidates who are filling the application form need to fill all the details as they need to submit the application form in complete manner. Please make sure that you fill all the information correctly as if any false info may lead to disqualification from the placement drive.
This form will be required once you clear the aptitude round and hence shortlisted for the further rounds. You are suppose to bring this application form, completely filled during the placement drive.

Post applied for: Here you need to add the post for which the drive is conducted
College/Institute & City : Here you need to enter the name of the college with its city in which it is situated
Highest Qualification: Here you need to enter the last degree which you receive B.E or M.E etc.
Personal Details: Here you need to enter our name, address, phone number, email address, cast and various other things
Education Information: Here you need to add your qualification starting from SSc to Post graduation
Experience: Candidates having experience in previous companies need to add the name of the company with the number of year as experience.
Additional Information: Candidates have to answer few questions listed regarding if you have applied for this company earlier, if you have plans for higher education and all that.
Declaration: Candidates need to add the lace and the date after understanding and filling all the details correctly
