Good Project is one which is not only bigger as an account but should meet your objectives like the field in which you working, for example a Java background person will not be willing to work in Dot not domain projects if he/she has experience even tough the account is big.
It also depends on what role they are giving you in the project, whether its support and maintenance, development or testing, in the initial stage its fine but for experienced professionals its difficult to switch in any other skills sets.
Few points to look for when you joining any projects
1) The most important think which should come to your mind is what will be scope or your value after few years when You will have few years of experience in the project.
2) You should also consider about what would be your role in your project and what will your responsibilities.
3) What is the company's reputation in the market, is it good if you switch to some other after few years ?
4) How is your project lead and team, how is the work environment, is it fruitful to work.
5) Even if in the starting you are not being assigned some good role but if you work hard and give your 100 percent you will be given a much higher roles and responsibility.
